Meet the Humans Behind ZaraZoo

We take beautiful pictures. We make great films. But really, we tell stories.

ZaraZoo is a Cape Town-based team of photographers, videographers, creatives and generally rather visual people who have spent more than 23 years documenting life, love, people and brands.

We have photographed and filmed weddings, celebrations, corporate events and incentive trips in South Africa and across more than 20 countries around the world. Along the way there have been hundreds of weddings, countless speeches, a few nervous grooms, lots of happy tears, some very late nights and more camera equipment than any sensible group of people should probably own.

But despite all that experience, ZaraZoo has never been about becoming a big, faceless production company.

We are real people photographing real people.

And we think that matters.

Whether you are trusting us with one of the most emotional days of your life or asking us to visually represent a brand you have spent years building, we want to understand the people and the story behind it first.

Because great photography and film should do more than simply show what something looked like.

It should make you feel something.
