BELAIR PAVILION WEDDING VENUE

Belair Country House accommodation makes it possible to get ready on the property and stay close to the wedding spaces. Rooms around the pool and the bridal preparation setting work well for photographing the atmosphere of the morning.

The Country House publishes 20 rooms accommodating 43 guests, including 36 adults and seven children. Staying together turns the wedding into a shared weekend and makes the following morning feel part of the occasion.

The Greenhouse offers an indoor ceremony space with glass, greenery and lovely natural light. Outdoor options in the gardens create a different atmosphere, including settings near the water and views towards the surrounding mountains.

We have also photographed a Jewish celebration here, with a chuppah on the lawn. The variety of spaces allows the ceremony to reflect your traditions and the size of your gathering.

Belair’s formal gardens create strong lines and symmetry for portraits. Reflecting pools, clipped hedges and garden paths give the photographs a considered, elegant feel, while trees and softer planted areas bring a more relaxed backdrop.

The Greenhouse and Pavilion add architectural variety, with arches, glass and steel framing the couple. In the later light, we can combine intimate garden portraits with wider views of the Paarl landscape.

The Pavilion’s high steel-and-glass structure makes a beautiful frame for suspended greenery, flowers and decorative lighting. Openings towards the garden allow the reception to feel connected to the outdoors.

As evening arrives, candlelight and festoon lights change the mood. Garden areas can also become part of the party, as we have photographed with an outdoor dance floor beneath the stars.
