For Sharon and Kundai’s wedding photos at Cavalli, Warren-Stone Weddings coordinated a large, high-impact celebration with more than 200 guests. From a photography perspective, the day worked so well because every part of the event had been considered: the ceremony, the pre-drinks, the reception space, the styling and the movement of guests between each part of the day.
We also worked with Warren-Stone Weddings for Trevor and Marian’s intimate wedding at Cavalli Estate. This was a much smaller destination wedding, but the same principle applied. The day felt relaxed because the structure was already in place.
Another example is this elegant wedding at Cavalli Estate Stellenbosch, where Warren-Stone Weddings again handled the coordination. Cavalli is a venue that rewards good planning, and when the timeline is managed well, the photos have a natural variety without forcing anything.
Warren-Stone Weddings at Belair Pavilion
We have also worked with Warren-Stone Weddings at Belair Pavilion in Paarl. Belair has a very different feel from Cavalli. It is softer, more garden-focused, with the glass chapel, lawns and Cape Winelands atmosphere all playing a big part in the visual story.
For Chris and Sinead’s wedding at Belair Pavilion, the day flowed with a calm confidence under the guidance of Warren-Stone Weddings. It allowed space for the smaller, quieter moments that often become the strongest photographs.
We also photographed Brittany and Grant’s Jewish wedding at Belair, where Warren-Stone Weddings handled the coordination. Weddings with strong cultural and family traditions need careful timing and a good understanding of the ceremony flow. When this is managed properly, the couple can stay present in the moment instead of worrying about what happens next.
Warren-Stone Weddings at Avontuur Estate
Warren-Stone Weddings also has a strong connection with Avontuur Estate in Stellenbosch. Avontuur has a classic Cape Winelands feel, with vineyards, estate buildings and warm natural light that works beautifully for wedding photography.
We photographed Annemie and Braam’s Avontuur Estate wedding photos, where the day was coordinated by Warren-Stone Weddings. The wedding had that relaxed, elegant Stellenbosch feeling that works so well when the timeline is managed properly.
We also filmed Monique and Charl’s Avontuur Estate wedding video, another wedding where Warren-Stone Weddings was part of the supplier team. Avontuur is the kind of venue where timing makes a real difference, especially around ceremony light, couple portraits and the transition into the reception.
